Because it is actually worth more than it's selling for, and doesn't have the overhead resistance poor NITE (also worth more than its selling for but who;s looking?) has, LaBranch is worth waiting out. Even though this crazy market makes it difficult to ltb&h, at least after a nice run up like this has had.
