Ice, it is more than the RMBS patent BS. Rumors have it that big holders there are selling shares. It is difficult to confirm, but from the actions of the memory maker shares, it's not a pretty picture for DRAM. More significantly, one large foundry reported this week cancellations of Erisson and Alcatel orders for the 4th quarter, and they plan to move the allocated capacity into DRAM production. Either demands need to perk up, or DRAM prices will not recover for a while. Of course, I know it is always dangerous to play POS1. -ng-
