Well then JF let us lead the thread back to the straight and narrow path of true feelings. Shall I tell you about my breakfast. I was sipping my morning pepsi, which I had to drink warm unfortunately, as I had forgotten to put any in the fridge last night. I surveyed my vast empire of sweetened cereals, thinking to myself, which today...Frosted Flakes, Cocoa Pebbles, Fruit Loops, Waffle Crisp, each has their special quality, dare I say bouquet, so hard to decide. I finally settled on Apple Jacks as I'm remembering our Surgeon General's advice, 5 a day for better health-and there must be apples in there somewhere right?
As I threw yesterday's newspapers on the floor to clear myself a spot on the table to eat I glanced out at the garden and happened to notice that something has eaten all the leaves off my begonia. Something won't be living too long as I bought a huge bag of Cory's snail poison as well as dead line, and I have blanketed the yard in a protective cocoon. I contemplate the wonders of garden poisons as I munch my Apple Jacks. Of course I can't let the kids play out there now but at least the snails will be massacred. How I love to find the piles of shells, littered around my pools of poison. Victory is mine!!!
Ah civilization, do you not feel it veritably pouring back into the thread. Let me here from you soon, perhaps you can inform us, in excruciating detail, as to the contents of your lunch bag. Or you could let us know your thoughts on mulch, mulch is a most fascinating topic and very civilized. |
