Mstr and INSP are two different animals.............If your opinion is that INSP will have 1 day more of a "pop" and then will go back down.............well that is your opinion. The combined INSP/GNET entity will be an unmatched platform combined with the CHTR/VULCAN relationship that GNET already has. The INSP/GNET deal was done at the worst possible time when considering the overall market conditions. The past several days the INSP "stale" shareholders have been taken out of the stock(as evidenced by the huge volume and especially the huge prints that were done yesterday). When this deal closes in November, you will see that idiot Jain take a back seat on the PR side and Russ will step up. The key to this merger is Sarin, he has an incredible reputation and is absolutely brilliant. You think INSP is about to roll over a la Mstr???????? well I think that INSP which I was a scale down buyer $37,$31 and a big chunk on reversal day last Wednesday at $26 1/2 will trade back into the $60's in a relatively short period of time. Good luck on your INSP bashing..........I am long at $30 1/4...........You underestimate Russell Horowitz and the entire team that surrounds Jain the putz.
