Sommovigo: If you recall, Anthony@Pacific, who is now serving time in a Federal facility, was booted. But then a popularity vote was held by SI and he was allowed back in. I personally think that SI could care less unless higher authorities stop the posters.

The best punishment here would be for JDSU to take off to new highs without them having the opportunity to cover.
