NEWS ALERT!!!! Charles Schwab electronic trading system cancelled my trade without my knowledge and caused me to loose money!! I put in a market order at ( CHARLES SCHWAB ) to sell my shares of DNAp and they cancelled it without my knowledge. They then re-enetered it later without my knowledge after the stock fell to a price below what is was when I entered it. I later received a phone call stating that they thought the order was a risk and reveiwed it as such. I lost a couple thousand when they did this. Be Advised!!! Can anyone help me with this situation. They have admitted that the person who was reveiwing the trade confirmation accidentally thought I was buying the stock instead of selling it. I need a good lawyer. Any suggestions.
