where the NDX is concerned, the only question is normally by how much will it rally, not whether it will do so.
don't forget, we have a very bullish recession coming in 2001. that should goose the stock market nicely. a recession should be worth at least 800 NDX points. imagine if we got deflation or hyperinflation at the same time...what a nice wall of worry to climb...:)
