I did not install it as I did not want to risk having some unneeded software and hardware crash my PC having some software I install track what websites I use and then send the list off. I could not find a privacy statement so I have the box next to my trash bin and am considering the final move. I wonder if the bar code reader came from Agilent? That was one of the products developed there over 20 yrs ago! One of the guys that worked on the optics over 20 yrs ago has now worked on the optics for the ball-less mouse from MSFT/Agilent.
