CAMP -- Anyone looking at this one as a near-term play?

It announces earnings next Thursday (Sept 7): estimate is for 0.16, whisper is 0.18.

Perhaps more exciting is that FON should be announcing the launch of its Broadband Direct service in more markets soon. FON's June 29 PR on the Tuscon launch said the rollout would continue in a "string of numerous cities" over the next 8-10 weeks (late-August through mid-September). A Gartner Group analyst was also quoted in a 31 July article at teledotcom saying that FON would roll out another eight cities over the next couple of months (through September).

In addition, on Aug 22 FON also announced that it had applied for 45 new FCC licenses for its wireless broadband service; approvals probably should start to come in over the next couple of months.

CAMP makes gear for FON's Broadband Direct service, so these developments are very important to CAMP's rapidly growing fixed-wireless business.
