This new target is because of the recent decision to implement the feed at the same time as the relocation of our server farm in Mountain View, CA to another site nearby. There are many reasons behind this, but none of which I can discuss publicly (and I apologize for that.) This new target has been confirmed, and has been reassured by multiple departments. As stated previously, if anyone would care to try out our beta server that has this upcoming IP feed already on it, please sign up for the "QChartsBeta" email group on eGroups.com, and then send me an email through that group.
