jb, you naysaying cantankerous (not so old) Curmudgeon and old friend to whom I remain in debt to the tune of a six pack of Wolaver Pale Ale, permit me to make some observations about Spytrader. During the short period of about one month visiting the INSP thread, I have formed certain impressions about the person. He appears to be a highly intelligent and skillful writer who has mastered the psychology of creating doubt and confusion all without providing any factual or other basis to support his conclusions. True, he is quite anecdotal, e.g. he cites the example of MSTR, but to borrow a courtroom term, MSTR is irrelevant and immaterial and, I would add, an unreliable guide to analysis of any other security. One could cite numerous illustrations of stock that went up and crashed. But, one also could could cite many that went up and stayed up, as well as many others that acted like a yo yo. Accepting his statement that he has no current position in INSP I must question his motives in posting his negative and disturbing comments on that thread. Unless and until he proves otherwise by engaging in a rational discourse, I must view him to be a rascal bent on mischief and lacking credibility. However, it also must be said that he does stimulate thoughtful research at times. This may be attributed to his skill, but one must wonder why he bothers to expend his time and energy in this endeavor.
