Buying beaten-down telcos VZ, LU, FON, WCOM, T. Don't see any downside left. Institutions ought to come out buying after Labor Day because these are all stellar longterm IRA type blue chip investments and all pay dividends. Have been sold off for too long IMHO. Ready for a mass turnaround.
