beaten-down telcos may need to base for awhile longer b4 the next bull run. I've noticed how they run in 2-3 yr up cycles and 1 yr down cycle for the most part. In the mean time play the ranges, take what the mkt gives ya, imo. Mass turnaround needs one more corner, probably end of 4th/1st qtr area. What do U think?
