Ken, I know the amounts are staggering and my anticipation will be that any slowdown in employment and loan defaults will collapse the US wonderland from the debt side.

Further for many years now there is a program for low income families who actually pay down something like 3% to 5% of their purchase price.

It takes ages to build there some equity and any small softness they are under water.

Did I mention the mortgages to "LLC's" which are also in their portfolio??
