Hello,
I am not sure if this was addressed by anyone before, but, if anyone knows how the margin rule regarding daytrading works please explain it to me. I am talking specifically about rule 2520, and how it effects buying power and margin requirements if you trade the same stock or the same number of stocks every day numerous times, leaving a flat position at the end of the day. When exactly would one receive a margin call, and what is it based upon?

Thanks,
shneed
