EA,

Another theory to what appears to a be a more stable stock price. The preferreds may have virtually converted all of their D, F, and H series stock. Thus there is little to no need to manipulate the stock anymore. Didn't they convert 65% and 72 % (approximately) of the D & F and the H Series by June 30?

Something else to consider. The lawsuits that seem to be appearing in federal court. Maybe the preferreds are beginning to run scared, staying low, or backing off to avoid further lawsuits. I think it would be easy to prove in a civil proceeding (preponderance vs beyond a reasonable doubt) what the preferreds have done in the past with regards to manipulation. In fact, I believe I read an article where one of the preferreds allegedly admitted to a company that they shorted that company's stock price to push the price down.

The one wild card is the ELOC. Will GMGC tap into the ELOC? Have they already tapped into the ELOC?

With that being said, watch GMGC's stock price drop like a rock on Tuesday and the wild variations continue next week.

Have a good weekend and take care.
Kurt
