Tom, I went short today at $9 also but just to play devil's advocate, isn't it similar to laser eye surgery (not covered by insurance, expensive surgical procedure, done only so that we don't have to wear cheap eyeglasses). Still, a lot of people do it. I will appreciate your thoughts on this.
