Just looked at the chart. Looks like a play to me. Chart looks like they have moved it a couple times since spring. They gapped it today so I'll watch to see it fill the gap. Normal case is a stock will fill any gap before they move up on real fundamentals. They need some type of news for any real follow through. Just my feelings.
