I keep hearing about all these big investors who have been on vacation for a month and have not looked at the markets. And they are all supposed to come back on Tues morning, see how much the market has gone up, and then start buyng! But the markets never follow the script, and imo there just isn't enough good news left around to move the mkts much higher. Consuner spending is way down, earnings growth will probabably slow (IBM is already flat and Intel is only incr earngs by cashing in on investments), the leading .com stocks are still down, and the market still seems hesitant to take big risks. just mho Victor
