I am in a quandry. Having listened to Al Gore telling people how great the economy has been under the Clinton administration, I can't help but wonder just how the government has actually created such prosperity. Is it actually possible for a government to create prosperity?? If so, they should carry this administration to Africa, or some other third world countries, instead of giving them all that foreign aid. How does a government create prosperity??
