Anyone notice Robert cuts his piece of the pie to 4.6%? Check the amended Schedule 13D filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Moore, beneficially owns 2,149,266 common shares, had reported a 6.9% stake in the Las Vegas company in May 1998. ....and includes 725,000 shares of Common Stock issuable to the Reporting Person upon the exercise of currently exercisable stock options. ....but does not include 2,075,000 shares of Common Stock to be issued upon exercise of unvested options that are not exercisable within 60 days of the date of filing of this Statement.
