Nice to hear from you again.

I still have this thread book-marked although I don't expect many still do.

Is was just about one year ago when everything was really heating up, and those of us who had made no preparations were warned that it was probably too late, and we would be "doomed".

I was just as passionate with the argument that there would be very few problems, and I really enjoyed debating the issues with people like you, B.K. Myers, Jeff Mizer and others. Some were very rude, and have not been heard from again. I'm just sorry Cheeky and I could not come over to share some of your mangled pickles.

Has anyone heard from C.K. Houston who started this thread? She truly believed she was doing a service to warn of this problem, and did a tremendous amount of research to try to spread the word.

Nice to hear you are making good use of your Y2K supplies. It sounds like for you the Y2K preparations led to a very positive result.
