Wayne, I have a margin account, since you cannot daytrade in a cash account anyway due to freeriding rules. However, The problem I am referring to is not a problem with selling an overnight position and using the proceeds, the problem is not being able do trade the same security more that 2-3 times per day using the settled funds that you have in your account. shneed
