I can disagree with you on that <gg>. Gemstar meets all of the standards of gorillahood. The only missing ingredient is verification of its Tornado, but as we learned from our experience with qcom, that might not be measurable with our crude instruments until several quarters until it has actually begun. There is a sizeable minority, of which I am a member, that believes Gemstar is currently in the Tornado and is a full fledged young primate.
