A smart hare of that philosophical temperament would do well not to eat with foxes- the moral of that tale is not to eat with creatures who might eat you. I do not even associate with people I find uncongenial, much less dangerous. I see no point to it.

I think you missed the point of what I said. Laws are relative- so it is important to live in a society whose relative laws you like. I live in a society whose laws I approve of. In fact my society EVEN protects me from those who might wish to establish religion, imposed by government. Even though that law is relative, it has force. Just because I say things are relative does NOT mean I do not have a choice - in fact it gives me all the choice of the world. I can look at all the places in the world, and all the moralities, and choose the one that I think gives me the most protection- as I have done.
