Dennis, if their was a Motorola "deal" in the works in February 1999 (at a time when VLNC's SEC filings said they had no product for sale), it seems to me that this would have been inside information since VLNC had not announced any such deal was in the works, nor had they named any of the customers who were sampling their products.

So, if there was a MOT "deal" in the works and Wolanchuk "knew" this as he claimed, it seems to me that Wolanchuk was in possession of material inside information. If there wasn't a deal in the works, then he was simply lying. After all, he didn't present this supposed Motorola deal as a speculation. He said he "knew."

Personally, I think Wolanchuk and various internet stock touts of VLNC hurt its credibility, not help it.
