Did everyone see the news (Business Wire) on Friday? There has been a financing arrangement ($4M), general re-organization and plans to use some of the money to diversify via acquisition. The only possible negative was reference to an undefined reverse split. The news can be seen on quote.yahoo.com entering SCRH. It doesn't come up for me on my full portfolio with them, however. So, comments on the news? Jeff
