So true Frank, and the path was clear to any thinking person in American for decades before the Republicans gained a majority in the House, and finally launched long overdue welfare reform.

Liberal Democrats fought the reform tooth and nail. Most of them voted against the reform, including just about every leading Democrat. And now they want to hypocritically take credit for its success.

The same is true in regard to balancing the budget. When the congress proposed a balanced budget amendment, the Democrats went berserk, screaming bloody murder about "starving children", "starving elderly" and on and on. Clinton kept saying it couldn't be done within a decade without killing people. Well, here we are, less than 6 years away and the budget is very near balanced. So what does Clinton/Gore and the phony Democrats do? Take credit for it of course. What else is new....Gore invented the internet, balanced the budget, and single handily ended welfare as we know it. Yeah, right.....

And people actually believe this stuff Frank?? We've seen them come here time and time again spouting the same phrases used daily in the 4.7 second sound bites. The Democratic talking point mantra machine has these people hypnotized or something. They seem to have absolutely no cognitive memory of events which took place less than 7 years ago. None. It's as if they just fell out of the sky and started listening to Dan Rathers nightly sermon.

I often wonder if they are paid by the Democratic party, because I find it so difficult to believe they have such a short term distorted memory.
