A RTO (Reverse Takeover) is far more simple than a IPO (Initial Public Offering). CIBT is doing an RTO not an IPO.

and even if it was a winter IPO things need to start falling in place by the end of oct.

From what I understand things have fallen into place and everything is going as planned. With this type of listing I would not expect a date to be announced until we are very close to the actual listing.
