Perhaps you could share with me where you picked up the information regarding news in the pipe?? www.loc.gov is a good start(s2015) Was on the horn with the NIH,most of the companies in the sector,their PR companies and finally late friday regarding the "labor health and human services appropriations". This is not a sector to be shorting for at least the next month in my opinion.
