Top Ten Reasons You Don't Want to Ask Customer Service phone support for Help:

1. Customer Service telephone traffic reports indicate the waiting time for your product area is longer than all the rest put together thanks to end users' overwhelming acceptance of this new product.

2. Did you check our web site for FAQs? Most questions are answered there.

3. Did you tried our FAX back automated telephone response system? Much useful information can be found there.

4. If we wanted you to do that, it would be in your instructions.

6. We could tell you how to do that if we wanted to, but we've been told not to because you would not understand or else you would not be asking this question in the first place.

7. You probably need to upgrade your xyz BIOS but don't expect much because xyz leaves a lot of useless x286 legacy code in their BIOS which is probably the cause of your problem.

8. Windows 98 (substitute current OS) was never designed to run on a Pentium II (substitute anything but newest and fastest Intel processor). Another gem from 'Kitty'.

9. Do this, throw your disc away or better yet give it to someone who listens and we will refund your $29.
