smh - Just so you and I are working from the same information, HDII released some SEC documentation on 25 August. This contains the most up-to-date prospectus (click on 'body' under 'Table of Contents' in the left column. If you're on a modem, be patient: this is a 155KB download). freeedgar.com Cheers! Scott
