Mary,

negative on SIDY

Volume sucks and is way off since the March run
The concave charting pattern is negative (though one could believe it bottomed out earlier). Negative, or low momentum chart also turns me off.
In my opinion it is at lest risky to buy into a low volume consolidation pattern.

Fundamentals still very weak. Recently, I also bought OTC stocks but with better PB ratio and enough cash.

What is indeed interesting is hat they show some sales and a small positive EPS this Q while in the need for operating cash. The AR are up to 1.57M therefore. They have no trade finance line but issued stocks and warrants to have the cash refinanced.

Customer concentration. Has the picture improved in 2000?

Delisted from the nasdaq Smallcap some time ago, they mention efforts to have the stock relisted in Feb.2000. Why hasn't that materialized (yet)?

I would buy this stock after some heavy unloading happened and hurt the price...but only for a bounce trade.
If I wanted to buy the stock for longer term I'd wait a quarter or 2 to see whether the improving results are reproduced...

As a result, I'd rather expect it to test the $7.30 low than to go up. Except you expect special news, ...

IS.

PS. Nice double #grub.
