Still unsubstantiated IR person talking off the top of his head about a buyback plan that was not a mere "safety net plan". Under rule 144, the amounts of the purchase are made public, so this company will not lose credibility by permitting some "schmuck" at the IR office to reveal what you say he did. What's the name of the individual and telephone number? I would like to call him.
