Try Canada. Canadians do not enjoy constitutional protection of property rights. They hold title to their land, for example, at the pleasure of the crown (the government). They have some rights to the use of the property, but they don't "own" it in the sense Americans own their land.

The current Liberal government has even confiscated private property without compensation (e.g., over half of all legally owned handguns were arbitrarily declared prohibited).

Canada has flourished in spite of the protection of property rights because past governments have behaved as if we did have property rights. If the current Liberal bias in this country is not corrected soon, we are economic toast.
