Unclewest, many thanks for the link to OPTV. The relationship with Wind River apparently results from work done by Spyglass, which recently merged with OPTV. The relationship seems to be complementary for both Spyglass/OPTV and WIND. Spyglass, of course, has written a lot of software based on Mosaic, which was developed at the Illinois Univ. computer center, along with the e-mail software that later became Eudora, sold by QUALCOMM. I'm trying to figure out if the potential appreciation for OPTV and WIND is substantial enough to warrant holding stock in both companies.
