But the problem is, Ish, no one asked Bush if he "is still using cocaine" - the question was "have you ever"? "Have you ever" is a question anyone can answer.

Example: Have I ever used cocaine, beat my wife, or screwed goats? No. See how easy it is.

Now, Ish, have you ever used cocaine, beat your wife, or screwed a goat? Now I'd be willing to bet that you can answer questions like that truthfully without making yourself look bad, just like I can. So why doesn't Bush just say no? It's easy to do as long as you haven't.
