Kerk Hilton is an investor relations and communications professional with over 12 years of experience, most recently employed as Director, Investor Relations and Communications at JAWS Technologies Inc. and as Manager, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Prudential Steel Ltd., a TSE 300 company. Prior, he was employed in a senior communications position with a national petroleum industry trade and lobbying association. He serves on the Alberta Board of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute and on the Advisory Board of the Mount Royal College Public
Relations Program.
