IN MY OPININION MVP IS WORTH NOTHING. THE SAME GOES FOR MR LEEDS. IF CMG CAN BUY THIS CO. AND PROFIT FROM IT IN THREE MO'S WE HAVE BEEN HAD.I FEEL THE SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD GET THE REST OF THE CASH AND THE SHARES IN KNIGHT AND MR LEEDS SHOULD BE LEFT WITH NO JOB FOR THIS PALTRY SUM.I DON'T KNOW THAT THERE'S MUCH I CAN DO ABOUT IT BUT VOTE AGAINST BUT I AM PISSED. IT'S REALLY AMAZING HOW LITTLE A MAN OF HIS ABILITY CAN BE BOUGHT FOR. JAY AND FRANK DO YOU HAVE ANY OPINION ON THIS? JUST MY OPINION. RJ
