Scumbria,

MU is using RMBS's property in DDR. RMBS can charge whatever the hell they like. If they don't like the price they don't have to produce it. That simple. MU can go back and make EDO or they can produce an even better RAM if they are capable.

Whatever the technical merits of DDR or RDRAM, it doesn't matter now. This is ALL about PROPERTY RIGHTS.

If you think MU is right on this, then you won't mind me taking your salary every month. I'll just have it deposited in my account. Since you don't care for the value of intellectual work (and I'm guessing you work w/ your mind mostly), then I'm sure you won't mind me garnishing your wages either.

Its obvious that MU knows they don't have the property rights to produce DDR or even SDRAM. They are now trying to steal it by claiming that RMBS gave it away by joining JEDEC and if not that, then RMBS is charging too much for it. Whine... Whine.... Whine..

Hey, well I'd like to pay $10 for my 128 meg too. So what? Hey, doesn't it say in the Constitution that I have the rights to pursue my happiness. Think I can get a lawyer to force MU to charge only $10 for 128 Meg? Sure would make me happy. Get real...

Personally I think MU is a thief. They stole Intel's $500M and now they are trying to steal RMBS's IP. I do hope MU gets put of biz. Justice would be served. If that were to happen, I'd offer the CEO of MU a job cleaning my house, but I'd be afraid he'd steal my few humble belongings. What a crook! I bet he and Tricky Dick were good friends...

"I'm not a crook, I've earned everything I own."
