Technical trend is continued downward; fundamentals of coming X'mas trade is not promising due to retail softness. Reaction to oversold, resulted in recent bounce. No Mattel executives or NYSE specialist here; we hope some of bull pan members of large brokerages may be scanning here. When they do, we will go forward with our arms' length consulting project to revive MAT.
