BL and thread - Goodness the thread has livened up this weekend. See the SEC filing S3/A of 28th August. Refers to the LU loan facility and the previous Lu facility. I think these mutterings have had something to do with the stock price slump over the last few weeks and its sluggishness during one of the strongest NAZ rallies in recent times. Best regards, L
