You may be right on the VUI sector. It would have been better to say "VUI investment fever is building nicely."

The 50-week chart, below, shows big-time growth in the market cap of a handful of the key entrants over the past fifty weeks. (GMGC on this chart is in second place with only Nuance, a late entrant, ahead.)

I think the March peaks should be disregarded since they seemed to be a part of general NASDAQ over-exuberance. The 100-day trend lines (not plotted on the chart) would be a better indicator of the sector strength.

If you choose a longer time-frame for the plot, you will see it is comparatively flat for the group until about a year back. I would say that the VUI fever started then about one year back.

ACVC, an established voice player with the older voice technologies, has shown some strength very recently. ACVC had $74 million in revenues last year and was profitable. I think they are worth a look.

Management teams can be easily compared today thanks to the almost universal display of the management team resumes on the web sites. It is no more arrogant to pick management teams than it is to pick NFL teams.
