Bring up one of the new decimal-traded stocks (FDX works) and try to spin the price increment/decrement wheel on the order entry window. You can set this for fractions to spin just about any fraction you want. On the decimal stocks, it does not matter what you set the fractions to -- it spins it $0.50 each click...

Found the fix.

Select Order Entry Properties, Options tab, change Fractional Settings to Decimal Settings and you can set it as low as a one cent.
