Spare me, Tom. First the guy claims he spoke to IR and that they told him the buyback parameters. Now he says he doesn't know with whom he spoke or what they said.

There is no greater proponent of free speech than I. However, there are consequences to intentionally false speech, as reflected in the recent arrest.
