Hi Bob, The statement made regarding the cyclicality of the web-hosting industry was actually made by the CEO of Exodus itself. Any area in which there is much money to be made, especially in an ultra high growth area, is likely to be prone to overcapacity buildouts. This goes doubly for areas which have low barriers to entry. I am not saying the barriers to entry are low for competitors in this area since I know little about the specific technical aspects of web-hosting, but it most surely is lower than attempting to build an integrated circuit at .13 microns:-) Regards, Brian
