Joe,

IMO that has been one of their downfalls. They grew too fast and got caught up in the vicious circle of having to perform at 100 to 200% growth in build out. Now that the dust has settled, they have closed some under performers, and gotten rid of the UK, then they can concentrate on the bottom line. The growth rate was just not sustainable.
