Mike: Regarding UCL I understand the Supreme Court should decide this week or next at the latest on whether to hear the Exxon/Mobil appeal. I can be wrong on this (the timing) but the court usually announces what cases they will hear and if they don't hear the case the appeals ruling stands. We should hear about Mr. Softie too. I'm thinking by the end of the week for both. Tim
