I believe that you will find what you are looking for here. read this page: ipolockup.com then read this page again. ipolockup.com I think it should be of some concern that many investors in nuan only paid $17 or less (insiders) for their shares. I would bet there are many shareholders out there that are feeling rich right now and spending accordingly. I think some of them may have some bills to pay and if there is a slide in the stock price you could see momentum down as the lockup period gets closer and shortly after it ends. Also, people that paid say $100 or $120 may get nervous as the lock up expiration approachs and decide to sell and lock in profits before the insiders get a chance to. Bambs
