I have absolutely no insider news about Cisco acquisition activity. This is just idle speculation from what they're commonly known to do. Absolutely you don't have to worry about CSCO buying JNPR for over 70 billion. CSCO can beat the heck out of JNPR with just investing 7 billion in R&D. If CSCO can't beat JNPR in high end router market, they deserve to go bankrupt.
